The action of each ingredient is as follows:

Cimicifuga racemosa: Commonly called black snakeroot is indicated for pain that seem like electric shocks and migraine. It soothes pain and relieves irritability.

Gelsemium sempervirens: Commonly called yellow Jessamine, provides effective treatment for vertigo, occipital headache, dull heavy ache, headache preceded by blindness and better by profuse urination and scalp sore to touch.

Iris versicolor: Commonly called Blue flag, is recommended for treatment of sick headaches, beginning with blurring of vision and getting relieved with relaxation of mental strain.

Sanguinaria canadensis: Commonly called bloodroot, treats sun headaches, periodical headaches, headache at climacteric, pain that gets better with lying down and sleep.

Spigelia marilandica: Commonly called pink root relieves pain beneath frontal eminence and temples, extending to eyes.

Natrum muriaticum: Commonly called sea salt is indicated for blinding headaches. Headaches as if a thousand little hammers were knocking on the brain; in the morning on awakening after menstruation; from sunrise to sunset, chronic headache, from eye stress.

Ferrum phosphoricum: Commonly called Ferri Phosphas, is suitable for throbbing headaches, arising due to ill effects of Sun heat, Vertigo and soreness to touch, cold, noise.

Kali phosphoricum: Commonly called Dipotassium phosphate, relieves headaches of students and those worn out by fatigue, headache with weary, empty, gone feeling at stomach.

INDICATIONS:

For temporary symptomatic relief of headache; migraine periodical headache, tension headaches and headaches due to eyestrain or exposure to heat of sun or light. Headache with violent, sharp, shooting stabbing pains or dull pains extending down to eyes, associated with nausea and vomiting.

DOSAGE:

You may take Headache Aid with meals or on an empty stomach.

• Adults and Children over 12: 1 tablet 3 times a day.
• Children 2 to 12 years of age: 1 tablet 2 times a day.
• Children under 2 years of age, consult a doctor.
• Tablets may be chewed, swallowed or dissolved in a cup of lukewarm water. This product will not cause drowsiness or impair ability to operate a motorized vehicle and may be taken with other medications.
  
  Because Homeopathic Remedies work by stimulating the body's defense systems, if you frequently suffer from migraine and other headaches, you should start taking the remedy even when you do not have a headache. Taking the remedy before the onset of an attack of migraine will in many instances prevent an attack from occurring and even if you do get a headache, the severity and duration of the attack will be milder in many cases.
   
  You should continue to take the remedy about two months AFTER the symptoms have disappeared. This will help the body stabilize in its new healed condition.
